In first grade this year, your child will be partcipating in the "Worktime in First Grade" program. This program provides all children opportunites for differentiated work while independently practicing grade level skills. Students will become a self-directed and self-regulated learner.

The worktime centers for first grade are:
Students will work in one center each day on a six day rotation. They will complete all six centers in six days. Work will be collected and assessed. While students are working on the centers, teachers are working with small groups based on individual reading levels.
